In 2017, Worx Shocks began producing unique off-road shocks, with a revolutionary damping system. Each Worx Shocks shock is built to order based on rider weight, specific length requirements,
chassis geometry and intended use. We have no "one size fits all" shock.
That's the Worx Shocks philosophy: shocks custom built to order. It sometimes takes a little longer to make them (as opposed to off-the-shelf)
but we feel that the benefits in handling and comfort are well worth the wait.
Worx Shocks "Warranty Policy"
Worx Shocks obligation under our warranty policies is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item(s). The consumer will be responsible for removing from the vehicle any defective item(s), transportation costs, and for reinstallation upon return from Worx Shocks.
The loss of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered. Worx Shocks reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
Worx Shocks "30-day Performance Guarantee"
The ride and handling of all Worx Shocks shocks will meet your expectations or Worx Shocks will re-spring and re-valve the shocks at no charge to customer except transportation cost both ways, within the first thirty (30) days of receipt.
Worx Shocks "90-day Limited Warranty" on Off-Road Shocks
Worx Shocks warrants its Off-Road shocks and fork springs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to shocks used under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not apply to shocks which have been misused, altered, improperly installed, used in an improper application or used in conjunction with other devices such as lowering blocks. Further, Worx Shocks does not warrant accidental damage, i.e., a bent shaft due to a crash or blow. This warranty applies only when installation instructions are followed.
Worx Shocks "One Year Limited Warranty" on Street Bike Shocks
Worx Shocks warrants its Street Bike shocks and fork springs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to shocks used under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not apply to shocks which have been misused, altered, improperly installed, used in an improper application or used in conjunction with other devices such as lowering blocks. Further, Worx Shocks does not warrant accidental damage, i.e., a bent shaft due to a crash or blow. This warranty applies only when installation instructions are followed.
Worx Shocks "Warranty Return Policy"
Worx Shocks requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) on all returns. This RMA number is obtained by contacting one of our customer service representatives at Worx Shocks. Worx Shocks also requires that any defective item(s) be returned complete (including springs, clips, bearings that shipped with shock) along with dated Proof of Purchase, Return Address, Daytime Phone Number and a brief explanation for return, "defective" for an explanation is not descriptive enough. Please explain in detail what is defective about the item(s).
